The Center for Semiconductor Components, CCS, is a multidisciplinary center, with emphasis on nanoelectronics, nanophotonics and microelectronics. In addition to the research in nano and microfabrication techniques, it also promotes a teaching enviroment for undergraduate, graduate students and external insitituitions. Its facilities are open for industry and research both at graduate and undergraduate level. CCS also provide services contract to other groups at UNICAMP as well as external institutions.
